Dilly Salad

2 cups fresh cauliflower
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 sliced red or orange pepper
1 sliced green pepper
1 medium purple onion, sliced
2/3 c. dill pickles (homemade are best) chopped
1 pint tomato juice or home canned tomatoes
3/4 c. dill pickle brine

Mix everything together.
